The fine print, in plain words
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your piece for thirty years, not just thirty days. If something’s not right, tell us — most things we can fix or make good on. Here’s exactly how it works.
Standard & in-stock pieces: 30-day inspection
For standard designs and in-stock pieces, you have 30 days from delivery to live with it and decide. If it’s not for you, get in touch and we’ll arrange a return for a refund of the purchase price. We just ask that the piece comes back in the shape it arrived — unused and undamaged. Return freight and any restocking are handled case-by-case, and we’ll always tell you the number before anything moves.
Custom & made-to-order pieces
When you order a custom or made-to-order piece, Dad selects the boards and starts cutting joinery for your order specifically — the wood, the size, the finish, all chosen for you. Because it’s built to be yours, these pieces can’t be refunded once building begins. We say this warmly and up front so there are no surprises: before we start, we’ll confirm every detail with you, and Molly is glad to talk through choices as long as you need.
Damage in transit is always made right
This one has no fine print. If your piece shows up damaged from the trip, that’s on us to fix. Reach out within a few days, keep the packaging, and send us a photo. We’ll repair, replace, or refund — whatever makes it right.
