Returns

All sales are final

Our pricing reflects our commitment to providing quality products at the lowest possible cost. To maintain these prices, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the furniture, or has used the furniture and decided it is not right for them.

We encourage customers to carefully consider their furniture selection, including style, color, size, configuration, and quantity, before placing an order. We are happy to answer questions and provide information to help customers make an informed purchasing decision.

No returns after delivery or use

Once furniture has been delivered, picked up, or otherwise received by the customer, the sale is considered final. Furniture may not be returned after it has been delivered or used in order to receive a refund.

We do not accept returns based on:

• Change of mind or preference
• Furniture not fitting a particular space
• Choosing the wrong color, style, size, or configuration
• No longer wanting the furniture
• Having used the furniture and deciding it is not suitable
• Purchasing more furniture than needed

Damaged or defective merchandise

We stand behind the quality of the furniture we sell. If your furniture arrives damaged or if there is a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Any claim for damage or defect should be reported as soon as possible after delivery and before the furniture is used, when practical. Photographs and other information may be requested to help us evaluate the claim.

Approved resolutions for verified damage or manufacturing defects may include replacement parts, repair, replacement of the affected item, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
